How does integration set-up work?

Is my data secure?
Yes. You’ll still manage data retention policies (eg. GDPR and confidential clinical records) from your PMS, but all data flowing between your Dentsy AI phone system and database is encrypted, with controlled access. Calls can’t be used to access or change your PMS data outside the permissions you set.
